Shira Yoga is a Piyut-inspired yoga class that weaves together creative movement and live musical performance. Come to Temple Shalom to experience Shabbat through movement, music, and spiritual practice.All are welcome, no experience with yoga or chanting required.

At past sessions, we did not have an inch to spare. Please come a few minutes early to get set up. We have mats and blocks available; feel free to bring your own. This Shabbat morning experience is a partnership between Temple Shalom of Newton (Shalom Y'all, our 20s/30s Initiative) and Piyut North America.
